b) furniture is a large product, in order to ensure the safety of the product in transit, some products are recommended to play wooden, details of customer service consulting.

c) the logistics company in some areas can not be reached, please buyers prior to the order, please contact customer service, negotiate a reachable logistics delivery route.

Packing for our furniture

Packing

a)Wrapped in plastic bag , then padded with cardboard on the edges and wrapped in PP Woven bag.

c)Foam and corrugated cardboard wrapping with corner protection

d)For LCL bulk cargo: add wood frame outside carton Most furniture are packed separately for safety,extra pay 20-50 dollars per set.

Any packing method as per customer's requirements.

Remarks

1.Less Than Container orders can be acceptable. You can tell us your trust agent in China to arrange the transport or we can help you as your requirement .  

 2.Customer-made cartons,shipmarks,and label are available. The mininum order quantity are requiried. You can forward us before ordering.  

After-sales service of furniture

Remarks

a) One years against manufacturer's defect.

b) I sincerely invite you come to our company for inspection, so you will have a more comprehensive understanding on the quality.Of course, if you no time for visit, we would take photos for you in details and will not load the goods until get your permission.

 c) After receiving the goods within 15 days, if you find any quality problem please took pictures to us, we usually will send the replacement for the damaged parts.if very bad damaged, we would compensate your loss.The compensation would be deducted from the total amount of next orders.But if you open the container in your port and move the goods to your warehouse,we usually is not responsible for, because we can not control over this process. Therefore, we suggest you delivery the container to your warehouse then open the container, which will greatly reduce the chances of damage.
